As a result of our mission of continuing research and development, this version determines whether a north or east entrance would correspond to your Jyotish chart and desired house Vastu proportion. For times when special tasks or important events are to occur, the north or east entrance that is prescribed by the House/Fence Vastu proportions applet is good to use. However, by generic principles, either a north or an east main entrance are beneficial. When the applet shows the correct proportion closest to the values you entered, it will show the correct proportion in either the north or the east result box. This distinction in the applet makes the house Vastu proportion more specific to your jyotish chart as opposed to a generic use of north/east entrance.
